1. 接受條款 / Acceptance of Terms

顧客在購買或使用本公司所提供的任何產品或服務前，應詳細閱讀並充分理解本《使用條款及細則》。

Before purchasing or using any products or services provided by the Company, customers must read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions.

顧客透過本公司任何銷售渠道（包括官方網上商店、Price.com.hk、HKTVmall、電郵、電話、傳真、親臨門市，或其他現有或未來平台）提交訂單，即表示同意並接受本《使用條款及細則》的全部內容。

By placing an order through any of our sales channels—including our official online store, Price.com.hk, HKTVmall, email, telephone, fax, in-person, or any other current or future platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

本《使用條款及細則》以英文及中文擬備。如中英文版本之間出現任何歧義或不一致，以英文版本為準。

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

付款成功後，顧客將收到系統自動發出的訂單確認電郵，內容包括：

• 所購商品

• 詳細價格（包括適用折扣）

• 送貨地址及聯絡資料

• 付款確認狀態

• 預計寄出日期

所有交易記錄均以該確認電郵為準。顧客於下單前請務必確保所填寫的聯絡資料準確無誤。

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing:

• Purchased product(s)

• Detailed pricing (including applicable discounts)

• Shipping address and contact information

• Payment confirmation status

• Estimated dispatch date

All transaction records are based on this confirmation email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.

2. 不可抗力因素 / Force Majeure

2.1
如因「不可抗力」事件（包括但不限於火災、意外、天災、自然災害、香港特別行政區政府或其機構頒布的法律、命令或規定、罷工、勞資糾紛、勞工或技術人員短缺、原材料或貨品短缺、運輸延誤，或其他本公司在合理範圍內無法控制的原因）導致本公司未能履行義務，本公司有權在受影響範圍內免除責任，且無需承擔任何賠償。

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to "force majeure" events, including but not limited to fire, accident, natural disasters, government laws or regulations, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of labor or technical personnel, lack of materials or goods, transportation delays, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the Company may be excused from performance to the extent affected and shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

3. 條款修訂 / Amendments

本公司保留隨時修訂本條款及細則之權利，毋須事先通知。

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

顧客有責任在提交任何訂單前，自行查閱當時有效的條款內容。

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions before placing any order.

一經提交訂單，即視為顧客已接受當時生效之條款及細則。

By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.

如有任何爭議，Innovative Ideas Limited 保留最終決定權。

In the event of any dispute, Innovative Ideas Limited reserves the final decision.

4. 個人資料（私隱）條例 / Privacy Policy

本公司將嚴格遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），採取合理措施保護您的個人資料，並僅在必要範圍內使用。

本公司不會就因錯誤、不當使用或人為損壞所導致的產品問題承擔任何責任。

We shall not be liable for any product issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or human-caused damage.

本公司保留隨時調整售價、運費及網購條款之權利，毋須事先通知。

We reserve the right to modify prices, delivery fees, and online shopping terms at any time without prior notice.

如有任何爭議，Innovative Ideas Limited 保留最終決定權。

In the event of any dispute, Innovative Ideas Limited reserves the final decision.
